Always Alive...

This is a photo of the northern coast of Lebanon. It was taken from the "Our Lady of Lebanon" monument in Jounieh, which is a very popular city in Lebanon. The monument is located on a ~300 m high mountain. As you can see, the long (210 Km) Lebanese coast quickly turns into a mountain range: it usually takes 15-30 minutes to drive from the coast (where it gets warm in the summer) to the mountains (where it is always cool).
